Instead, I take a whole system, applied psychology approach so you can get a true understanding what happened, how and why. The findings will enable you to better understand and manage the shared reality space between your operational plan and real life. Fatality prevention sits beyond the assurance dashboard. With the No Surprises Retainer you and your Board can confidently say you know where the gaps are and what is being done to close them to prevent fatal events.
The retainer can be packaged to suit.
